📍Home Studio in Waterloo
🧘♀️50 minute beginner friendly Pilates class, an opportunity to do a guided ice bath, and social time with the other attendees. If the weather is nice, we will do poolside pilates outside!
☕️Tea/hot chocolate provided to warm up
🌼The pilates and plunge community is growing and it my heart is so full!!! Anyone and everyone is welcome to join, even if you have never done an ice bath or pilates! If you are hesitant/nervous, message me. I’d love to chat more on it with you❤️
🌼I have everything here for you, but bring a bathing suit, towel, layers, and a water bottle.
